Overview:
The Trainee Recruiter is an entry-level position designed to provide exposure to all aspects of the recruitment process. This role will assist the recruitment team with sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidate interviews, as well as supporting administrative tasks related to recruitment activities. The Trainee Recruiter will gain valuable experience in talent acquisition while contributing to the successful execution of recruitment strategies
Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Sourcing and Screening
• KPI: Source candidates that meet 90% of the required qualifications for assigned roles.
• KPI: Achieve 85% satisfaction from hiring managers on the quality of candidate screenings.
• KPI: Assist in reducing time-to-hire for entry-level roles by 10%.

Preferred Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or currently pursuing).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
