About the Job:

We are looking for a hungry, creative, and highly skilled Video Editor to join our team. As a core part of our Production Engine, you will be responsible for transforming raw footage into compelling video content that aligns with our brand's aesthetic and storytelling approach. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely, initially based in India with potential relocation to Dubai in early 2026.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Edit 1-2 long-form YouTube videos (~15 minutes each) per week.
• Repurpose long-form content into 8-10 high-impact, engaging short-form clips (Reels/Shorts) weekly.
• Incorporate B-roll, motion graphics, music, and SFX according to production playbooks.
• Ensure all content meets brand aesthetic and quality standards.
• Stay updated with new trends, tools, and styles through R&D.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Top quartile performance in video editing, filming, and creative courses.
• Strong focus on fast learning and performance for career growth.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience or intensive relevant internship in editing YouTube and Instagram content.
• Deep understanding of cinematic storytelling, pacing, and visuals.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, color grading, and applying custom LUTs.
