Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Video Editor and Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. This role combines the art of video editing with the dynamic creation of motion graphics to produce high-quality video content for our brand, products, services, and campaigns. You will collaborate with designers, marketing experts, and content creators to deliver engaging videos and animations across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

Video Editing

• Edit raw footage into polished videos for web, social media, promotional campaigns, advertisements, and internal purposes.

• Assemble and synchronize audio, video, graphics, and effects for a seamless viewing experience.

• Ensure video content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains high-quality standards.

• Apply color correction, sound mixing, and visual effects as needed.

• Organize and manage video assets for efficient access and future use.

Motion Graphics Design

• Create custom motion graphics, visual effects, and animations for videos and digital platforms.

• Develop dynamic graphics, titles, transitions, and infographics to elevate video content.

• Incorporate branding elements like text, logos, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.

• Collaborate with the creative team to align motion graphics with the project vision.

Collaboration

• Work closely with producers, directors, and designers to understand the content vision.

• Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining high-quality output.

• Stay updated on emerging trends, techniques, and tools in video editing and motion graphics.

Project Management

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.

• Organize and maintain project files and assets for future use.

• Provide creative suggestions to improve video content and visual appeal.

Preferred Qualification:

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).

• Expertise in motion graphic design using tools like After Effects and Cinema 4D.

• Experience in color grading and sound editing.

• Knowledge of video compression formats and output settings for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.

• Strong attention to detail, visual composition, and design principles.

• Ability to craft compelling stories with effective pacing and video flow.

• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong communication skills and openness to constructive feedback.

• A solid portfolio showcasing video editing and motion graphic design projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.

• Experience in 3D animation or advanced VFX techniques.
