About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate WordPress Developer to join our team. As a WordPress Developer at our leading digital agency, you will be responsible for building dynamic websites and custom themes while ensuring high performance and user-friendliness. This is a FullTime OnSite position that offers exciting projects and opportunities for growth in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites and web applications.
• Build responsive WordPress themes from scratch based on UI/UX designs.
• Customize existing themes and plugins to match functional requirements.
• Develop and maintain custom WordPress plugins as needed.
• Optimize website performance for speed, SEO, and usability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and plugin conflicts.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services (e.g., payment gateways, CRMs).
• Maintain code quality through best practices and proper documentation.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers for smooth project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in WordPress development.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with MySQL and database management.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and WordPress REST API.
• Proficiency in creating custom themes and plugins.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Good understanding of SEO principles and performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
