As a FullTime OnSite employee, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing custom WordPress themes and plugins, integrating APIs, and ensuring top-notch website performance and security. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific requirements.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services for seamless data exchange and secure authentication.
• Create responsive and interactive frontend components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React.
• Optimize websites for performance, scalability, SEO, and page load speed.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and implement accessibility standards.
• Maintain high security standards through regular updates and secure coding practices.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and QA for successful project delivery.
• Utilize Git for version control and manage codebases effectively.
• Troubleshoot issues and bugs using structured debugging techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development.
• Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with React or similar modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress core, hooks, filters, and plugin architecture.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
