Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • The value of gems is not fixed, and the platform has the right to change the cost of each reward or store item in gems.
  • Delivery estimates vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not ship outside India.

Shipping Address Changes

  • If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@abekus.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has been processed.

Exchange Policy

General Policy

  • We do not allow exchanges, except in special cases. If you believe your case qualifies for an exchange, please contact our support team.

Special Cases for Exchanges

  • Eligibility for Exchanges
  • To be eligible for an exchange in special cases, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Initiating an Exchange
  • To initiate an exchange in special cases, please contact our customer support team at hello@abekus.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to exchange.
  • Return Shipping
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Initiating an Exchange
  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, your exchange will be processed, and a replacement product will be shipped to you within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@abekus.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address the issue promptly and ensure a satisfactory resolution, either through a replacement or a refund.
